1. Choose a Pandora bracelet – silver or gold. Silver from £42 or gold from £1088.
2. Bracelet size – when you are with her next, surreptitiously measure her wrist around her wrist bone with your hand, then, when she’s not watching, measure it against a ruler and add 2-2.5cm! Or, if she has a wristwatch, measure the inside of that and add 2-2.5cm. This is the size bracelet she needs – it’s better to go bigger than smaller. She will probably need an 18, 19, 20 or 21cm bracelet.
3. Choose a clasp for the bracelet – there are 2 options:-
The lobster clasp is cheaper (£42 for silver) and easier to take on and off but 75% of sales are for the locking clasp (£55 for silver) which looks like a bead when shut.
4. Select a ‘complete bracelet’ or select individual Pandora beads.
The complete bracelets are a great way to start a Pandora charm collection: priced from £99 you can’t go wrong.
If you want to choose your own beads and charms there are over 600 beads divided into 12 categories – silver, love, animal, new, letter, birthstone, zodiac, sparkly (pearl and semi-precious stones), Murano glass, silver and gold and all gold.
You can start her bracelet off with as many beads and charms as you like but even one will do, it could be your initial – see letter beads, or her birthstone or zodiac sign see birthstone beads and zodiac beads.
If she has a particular interest then look through the silver beads to find ones for music, sport, religion or the animal charms collection if she loves her 4 legged friends.
If you want to tell her how much you love her look in love beads - here are some of the favourites - ‘everlasting love’ bead 79448; ‘hot love’, bead 79436, with red enamel hearts or bead 79288 a silver heart locket with a gold key if you really want to keep her under lock and key!
5. Once you have decided on your Pandora bracelet and beads put everything in the basket and proceed to check out! Follow the post and packaging options (free if it’s over £50) and within a day your girlfriend could be opening her first Pandora gift all beautifully wrapped and presented.
