| Answer It does deppend on the design.

| Question I have a platinum engagement ring but would love a titanium wedding band. Can these metals be worn together? Is there any reaction between the metals? Will the titanium ring scratch the platinum ring? |
| Answer Because titanium is a much harder metal than platinum, it will mark the platinum band where they sit and rub together, in time. That is the main reason we would recommend chosing the same metal for your wedding ring as your engagement ring. |

| Question I would like to buy a Tungsten Carbide Wedding Ring. Please could you advise if your rings have a Nickel or Colbalt binder. |
| Answer All of our Tungsten Carbide rings contain a very small amount (within EU regulations) of Nickel as a binder. |

| Answer Yes we do. If you would like your item enraved just enter in the Notes box what you would like it engraved with. It costs £39.95 (per engraving, not per letter) and we will give you a call within 24 hours to take the payment over the phone. If you are getting a ring engraved, we will send you a set of inexpensive blank rings to try on to make sure we get the size right, as any engraved items are non-returnable/non-refundable. |

| Question Can i wear a titanium wedding ring next to a 18ct white gold engagment ring. Someone asked me if they were ok together and don't reacted! I asume not if you can mix them in a ring but wanted to check many thanks |

| Answer All plain rings can be re-sized exept for Zirconium, Zirconia and Tungsten rings. Why we say 'plain rings' is because the re-sizing process would warp the design on the ring. |

| Answer You can use a cloth to rub off any fingermarks, etc, on a polised Tungsten ring & an eraser on a brushed Tungsen ring. |

- Door Mat £2.95 - We will pack your order flat. It will be in a presentation bag but no box. It will be sent normal First class post and will fit through your letter box and will be on the door mat when you get home. The big advantage is you won't need to be in to sign for it. (Order value must be below £50)
- Standard Recorded Delivery £3.95 - Item comes in a presentation box. It is sent via Royal Mail and will arrive with your normal post delivery. You must sign for the item, you might like to have the item sent to your work address.
- Guaranteed Next Day £5.95 - Item comes in a presentation box. Next day guaranteed, you must sign for the delivery. It is sent via Royal Mail and will arrive with your normal post delivery. Must be ordered before 3.00pm. You might like to have the item sent to your work address. Only products shown as 'In stock' will actually be received next working day.
- International £7.95 - Item comes in a presentation box. You must sign for the delivery.
